Tuition and Fees

Registration ~ $70.00 “early bird” registration, otherwise the standard $80 fee will apply.  Late Registration (after July 28th) is $130.  Please email us at warrentonschoolhouse@gmail.com for our Application and Registration form and instructions for registering with our group.  Registration fee is per family, not per student.

Supply Fees~

          Nursery Fee : $75.00 per child.

          Preschool and Elementary Supply Fee : $90.00 per child. Payable to your local director. Used for art, science,  snack, and classroom supplies.  Everything will be provided saving you the time filling a school supply list.

          Middle School and High School Supply Fee: $175, needed for the additional supplies required in our upper level program, includes art and/or science supplies, and elective materials.

Tuition ~ $225.00 per child for Pre-K through 5th Grade$250.00 per student for 6th-12th.  Please contact us to request our Fee Chart, which explains what our fees cover.   We do offer a drop-off program for a limited amount of families for higher tuition.  High School students can be drop-off for no extra cost.  Contact us for more information.

Individual High School Classes–High School classes can be registered for individually.  The tuition for one class is $200 + a discounted $40 registration fee.  (Our Science classes are stand alone, and have their own pricing.  See the High School Science tab for more information.)

***Registered families will be asked to choose a volunteer position.  All of our volunteer positions receive payment towards tuition cost.  Please see someone from the Leadership Team to learn more about what positions are available, and the stipends they earn.  Lead teachers receive the most pay.***

Tuition and Fee Payment Schedule for 2023-2024

Registration:  $70 (early bird for returning families), $80 regular fee to hold your place for the fall, registration opens April 6th (email  above for registration form and details)

Supply Fee(s):  Due June 1st, $90 per Preschool and Elementary child, $175 per Middle School and High School student

Book Lists:  Students in the Upper Levels (Middle and High) are responsible for the books covered in their classes.  Book lists will be sent to parents after registration.  Elementary-aged students will also have required materials, one copy per family.  Emails will be sent about where to purchase.

Tuition:  You will receive an invoice in late July, reflecting tutor and supply credits.   You may pay by check or Paypal.  Families can pay in full by August 1st,   OR  in 4 equal payments.  The four equal payments will be due on:   August 1st,  early September,  early October, and early November.
